IAPSER ART

IAPSER ART is the occupational risk insurance activity of Instituto Autárquico Provincial del Seguro de Entre Ríos. Also known as IAPSER Seguros, the institution provides workplace cover and organises services into commercial, preventive and claims areas. The institute’s provincial character should be distinguished from a public administration’s separate role as an employer.

At a glance

IAPSER ART’s portal links digital administration, virtual learning, reporting and enquiries. Its prevention area describes visits, risk analysis and improvement plans. Information about the occupational disease trust fund is organised by periods and employment schemes, with references to the applicable rules.

Insurance institute and ART activity

The institute’s full name is identified in the SRT directory. IAPSER ART denotes its occupational service and should not be confused with IAPSER Retiro or other commercial units presented by the group. Its activity appears in the June 2026 system bulletin. A provincial insurance institution and a province operating as a self-insured employer are different arrangements.

Risk assessment and improvement planning

The prevention area documents professional visits and advice on occupational health and safety conditions. Tasks include analysing general and specific risks, proposing controls and following improvement plans at declared establishments. The description covers physical, chemical, ergonomic and biological exposures, relating intervention to actual activities rather than to one uniform administrative form.

Training and supporting materials

IAPSER links to a virtual training centre, forms, applications and visual safety materials. Learning activities are supported by technical guidance and reference resources. Prevenir programming appears in its 2026 communications. Content should connect with workplace tasks and controls implemented by the employer; possessing a poster or accessing a course does not itself demonstrate a preventive improvement.

Digital administration and dated information

The portal separates ART access, enquiries and complaints, and event reporting through its coordination centre. It also publishes occupational disease trust fund figures for general and domestic employment schemes. Amounts relate to specific periods, requiring users to check the corresponding rule and date. Reproducing an amount without its reference period can create errors in cover administration.

Insurance and preventive responsibility

Affiliation to an ART arranges the cover provided under Law 24,557; it does not transfer day-to-day workplace management to the insurer. Employers retain their duties to assess and control risks, inform and train workers and comply with occupational health and safety requirements. Benefits relate to work-related contingencies covered by the scheme, subject to the applicable determination and review procedures.

Frequently asked questions

Is IAPSER ART the same as Entre Ríos self-insurance?

No. This entry concerns the institute’s insurance activity. Employer self-insurance is a distinct legal and operational arrangement.

Can one FFEP amount be used for every month?

No. The portal groups values by period and scheme. The rule applicable to the period being settled is the relevant reference.
