Provide the worker with a space to consult and sign their preventive documentation.
Essential steps
- Customize the portal’s main panel with the company’s customizable HTML content (logo, styles, banner).
- From the portal, the worker consults their assigned preventive documentation.
- The worker manages the risk notification: the report list shows statuses (Pending signature, Signed) and allows downloading and signing directly.
- The worker accesses the documents sent to him by health surveillance (health examination, fitness certificate) when they are published in his view.
- Take advantage of the multi-language support on the employee home page for international workforces.
