Ergonomic analysis with video: REBA, RULA and NIOSH based on a video

Essential steps

1. Create a new evaluation of the desired method (RULA, REBA, or OWAS): name, position to be analyzed, validity period, and responsible party. Save to enable the tabs.
2. On the Task Evaluation tab, click “Evaluate with Sabentis AI®” and upload the video. It must be of good quality and show the actual work process; the reliability of the result depends on this.
3. (Optional) Adjust the capture sampling rate —images per second or every N seconds— to control how many poses the AI ​​extracts.
4. Send the video to the AI. The analysis is asynchronous: you can continue working on other screens while it’s being processed.
5. At the end, review the list of detected postures. Fill in any missing values, verify the automatic ones, and remove any repeated or irrelevant postures.
6. Save. The risk level of each position is colored according to the methodology scale, leaving the assessment ready for the action plan.
