Virtual Assistant

• Migration of the virtual assistant to a new chat service, incorporating conversation history, API key configuration by organization, and display of sources in three modes (in text, in separate panel, or hidden).

• Redesign of the virtual assistant’s home screen with a new recent conversations block, quick access to corporate content (Academy, Blog, Videos) and evaluation of personalized notifications per user (pending evaluations, unfinished actions and alerts).
