Activate the operational modules
Risks, inspections, incidents, and documentation according to your plan. Activating the right operational modules at the right time is key to ensuring the team adopts the platform without becoming overwhelmed.
What is an operational module?
At Sabentis, we call the tools that the occupational health and safety technician or manager uses daily to assess, inspect, record, and resolve issues ” operational modules .” These modules are activated based on the existing organizational structure and roles.
Recommended activation order
Don’t activate all modules at once. Phased activation reduces the adoption curve and avoids the noise of massive notifications during startup.
risk assessment
It’s the foundation. It generates the risk inventory by position and center, which feeds into the rest.
Inspections
It allows you to close the loop: detect findings and turn them into traceable measures.
Incidents
Collect accidents, near misses, and observations for investigation and learning.
Documented information
Centralizes procedures, instructions, and records with versioning and signature.
