Protect the confidentiality of health data through permissions, traceability, and a certified security framework.

Essential steps

  1. Restrict access to clinical cards (Medical examinations, Medical Histories, Diagnoses, Laboratory Results) only to authorized medical personnel through user profiling.
  2. Distinguish strictly medical information from administrative information: fields such as the doctor’s private notes do not appear in any document or report.
  3. Control the visibility of tests for the worker: configure which tests are visible in the “Worker View” while the appointment is pending to start.
  4. Rely on the module’s traceability (history of state and attribute changes, with date and author) to audit any access or modification.
  5. Ensure the secure delivery of health certificates and exams through the system’s own channels (via Worker View or paper delivery record).
