Health Surveillance: Module Overview
Series · Health Surveillance · 1 of 7
Manage occupational health comprehensively —tests, protocols, examinations, appointments and studies— from a single module.
Essential steps
- Medical protocols and analytical profiles: sets of tests applied during medical examinations. A protocol includes medical history, physical examination, additional tests, and questionnaires; an analytical profile includes only analytical tests. They may be associated with risks.
- Frequency and fitness for work: Each protocol defines a periodicity (3, 6, 12, 24, 36, or 48 months). The fitness assessment validity is calculated automatically using the most restrictive date from the applied protocols.
- Possible fitness outcomes: Fit, Fit with recommendations, Fit with restrictions, Provisionally fit, Unfit and Pending fitness assessment.
- General flow: configure (tests, protocols, centers and medical staff) → schedule appointment or create examination → run and record results → finalize and issue certificate of fitness → endorse and send.
- Collective studies: in addition to the individual level, the module supports surveillance programs and epidemiological studies for population monitoring.
