Configure medical protocols

Define which tests are applied in each assessment according to the position and the risks, and how frequently.
Essential steps
- Make sure you have created the medical tests in Settings › Medical tests; a protocol is simply a grouping of existing tests.
- In Medical protocols and analytical profiles, click Add protocol/profile and select the Type: Medical protocol (groups Background, Physical examination, Complementary examination and Questionnaires) or Analytical profile (only tests of the Analytical type).
- Define the Periodicity (in months) —3, 6, 12, 24, 36 or 48— and the application mode: basic (appears by default in all examinations), manual only or under rules (it is applied automatically if the worker meets the defined sex and age rules).
- Save to enable the Associated Risks, Associated Chemical Agents, and Testing tabs, and link the relevant items.
- For large volumes, use Bulk Upload protocol/profile – tests and check the result in the listing.
