AI helps you write and improve the texts of the preventive and corrective measures that are consolidated, from any module, in Comprehensive Measure Planning.
Essential steps
- Access the Comprehensive Measures Planning module from the side menu. You will see the consolidated list of measures from all modules.
- Create a new measure (free or from a finding) or edit an existing one to open its record.
- In the measure description field, use AI assistance to generate or improve the text of the preventive or corrective action.
- Review and adjust the proposed text. Complete the remaining details of the measure: control hierarchy, responsible party, dates, and, if applicable, PPE or associated training.
- Begin planning by assigning those responsible for approval, implementation, and validation, and define the verification frequency if the measure is periodic.
- Track from the list and statistics: filter by responsible party, status, date or center to monitor pending items and due dates.
