Configure digital signature and notifications
Activate your digital signature and fine-tune your notifications to avoid overwhelming your team. For a complete guide, see below.
Essential steps
- Go to Settings > Digital Signature and select the signature provider included in your plan.
- Enter the provider credentials given to you by your CSM (do not share yours in chat).
- Define which modules can trigger signatures: risk assessment, policies, training, PPE, etc.
- Go to Settings > Notifications and check which events are notified by email and which are only notified within Sabentis.
- Recommended: send only critical information (pending signatures, expired measures) via email, and keep everything else internal.
- Test with a test user before activating for the entire team.
💡 Quick tipIf you activate a bulk module (signatures or training for the entire staff), notify the relevant personnel beforehand. A flood of emails without context generates more complaints than adoption.
